Mr. V.P. Nandakumar is a post graduate in science with additional qualifications in Banking & Foreign Trade. Immediately after completion of his education, he joined the erstwhile Nedungadi Bank Limited. In 1986, he resigned from the Bank to take over the family business, upon the demise of his father, V.C. Padmanabhan. In 1992, he promoted Manappuram Finance Ltd. and has been a director of the company since then. Mr. Nandakumar is a Managing Committee member of leading trade and industry associations such as ASSOCHAM and FICCI. He is also the Chairman of the Kerala state council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)

Prof. K G Ravy is the Managing Director of Manappuram Chits (Karnataka) Private Limited. He is a pragmatic leader with years of profound experience in his domain. He completed his B Pharm in 1974 and his M Pharm in 1981 with an excellent academic record. He earned first-place university rankings in both B Pharm and M Pharm. He also made a distinction in his MBA from IGNOU in 1992 and a diploma in marketing. He launched his career as an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics at the Government Medical College of Trivandrum, where he remained for over 13 years. For more than five years, he worked as a Drugs Inspector and Technical Assistant to the Drugs Controller in Kerala, India. While working as a associate professor he accepted an offer from UAE and worked under Ahalia Groups of Organizations, Drugs control administration, UAE.

Smt. Jyothi Presannan holds a Masters Degree in Science and have more than 15years of rich experience and in-depth of knowledge in managing the affairs of NBFCs. She is also serving as Managing Director of Manappuram Nidhi Limited and as Director in Manappuram Chits (India) Limited, Manappuram Jewellers Limited, Manappuram Chit Funds Company Private Limited and Manappuram Finance Tamil Nadu Limited, Manappuram Insurance Brokers Limited.

Mrs Sushama Nandakumar, wife of Mr V P Nandakumar holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and also in Education from Calicut University and was an academician by profession. She has extensive experience in teaching. Post retirement, she started full time association with Manappuram Group of Companies. She is the Managing Director of Manappuram Jewellers Ltd and serves on the Board of many other group companies.

Shri. Govindan Kunnummal is an academician by profession and has decades of experience in teaching and has a fine skill of personnel mangement. He also serves as a Director on the Board.

Dr. A C George is a Dental surgeon by profession. He started his career as a doctor in 1979. He is also serving as a Director on the Board of Index Chits And Finance Pvt Ltd , Leaseindex India Limited , Manappuram Chits( India )Limited , Manappuram Chit Funds Company Private Limited And Macare Dental Care Private Limited .
